Stir fry and quinoa are my go to for a quick, easy, and satisfying meal. For a snow day, this might not be a classic but it took my 25 minutes to make and I was still able to catch the end of The Hills episode that was on. Don’t judge! It’s one of those great and terrible shows to watch, especially when it’s a marathon. Anyways, today is looking a lot like yesterday. Curled on the couch with animals, watching tv, reading blogs, and waiting for the roads to clear.
